New Years Eve at town center dancing in costume. Not sure what the story is behind it all but it looks like they are having a good time. They are shooting off roman candles and lots of fire works inside the tent covered town center. Some of the guys dancing (they are all guys) are stepping on some glowing fireworks and so they are really dacin it up.

I was invited by my hotel family to go. They sort of adopted me. Really nice people here and have given me several invites in my stay.
